Anxiety is the only mental problem that everyone has to face in some phase of his or her life. This type of problem usually occurs when a person takes admission in school, college university, applies for a new job, thinking about his or her career or choosing someone special for the entire life. These factors actually play a vital role to make a person conscious and anxious in his or her entire life.

Most of the times, the feelings of being worried or anxious are because of the runtime situation and they usually disappear after the passage of situation. In short, we can say that the problem of being nervous at small issues is never long-lasting.
